TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.)            Booking fee must pay in full upon booking. Cancelation of booking is subjected to forfeit of booking fee.

2.)            Any changes of booking date are subjected to a penalty charge of RM 30. Changes must be notified

one week before the booked date.

3.)            The chalet check in time is 2.00pm and check out on 12.00pm.

4.)            If customer fails to turn up on the booked date and no prior notification made for changes, the booking

is considered void and booking fee will be forfeited.

5.)            Maximum guests for any single chalet are 3 persons.

6.)         Resort management reserved the right for amendment of the terms and conditions in future.
